• Provided the Tenant has given the 30 day written notice to vacate storage unit, any prorated rent will be returned to Tenant after the storage unit is emptied, swept and unit left unlocked.
• Any prepaid month(s) will be completely refunded.
• Deposit will be refunded provided no damage to the storage unit has occurred and tenant’s account is in good standing when vacating storage unit.
