Q: What are your rates?
A: Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. A complete list of sizes are available in Sizes & Rates.

Q: Should I make a reservation?
A: Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you call in advance to check availability.

Q: Do I need insurance?
A:
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered). Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.

Q: How does the gate operate?
A: Each tenant picks their own code. When you need to enter the facility, simply enter your code into the keypad and the gate will open. To exit the property, same as entry, enter your code and the gate will open... it's that easy!

Q: Do you give me a key?
A: You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at our storage office.

Q: Can I pay for my unit over the phone?
A: You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments via credit card or sign up for automatic deduction.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Q: Do you sell boxes?
A: We sell a variety of moving boxes at the storage office.

Q: What is the minimum rental commitment?
A: The minimum rental period is 1 month.

Q: What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A: A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.

Q: How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
A:
The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Office hours are 9am  to 5pm Mon-Fri and by appointment after hours.
Gate hours are 7am to 8:30pm 7 days/week.
